As is my habit, I periodically clean up my skinning files archieves
and found this little project that was unfinished....
Since, I did cockpit Guage Panels for the P47 Thunderbolts
I thought the P51 Mustangs should get some attention too....

I've tried to make the two P51 Gauge Panels Models look distinctive
as well as make the guages more readable.....
I think it worked out okay....



I did two versions of the P51D Guage Panel.
This one with an 'Orange' border and
another with the default 'White' border.

Superb cockpits, Skylark - surely pure joy to fly with

...and you really donīt feel your destination to improve a German cockpit?

As to speak from late-war pits like the 190D, the 109K or the 262?

Looks great mate.Have a replica mustang instrument panel here.Might have to copy it in CAD and send it over for inspiration.Have a MkI and II spitfire one done anwaiting to be cut out at the Waterjet cutters and working on a Fw190a panel as well.
