SimHQ F1 '79 Series
Ahmad's dominance over the SimHQ GP '79 series was finally broken with Uwe Kloeppel taking a well deserved first win with a flawless drive at Silverstone. Ten cars made it to the grid and the usual high attrition rate continued with only five cars making it to the finish. Stev8 has closed up by 2 points on Ahmad in the battle for the driver's title and with only 11 points in it now, the last two races should be see a good head to head battle between the two. SimHQ F1 '79 Series
Ahmad's wrapped up the 1979 title in style with a pole, fastest lap and the win in the latest round held at the tight but fast Zandvoort track. SteV8 consolidated second in the championship and the unofficial results show Pierre1 in third. Uwe Kloeppel wrapped up the SimHQ 100 Challenge after his main competitor had a bit of a brain fade and didn't show up. Race results and driver reports can be found here.
