Your wife and family will be in my prayers Screwjack.

My mom is going though bi-lateral pneumonia under similar circumstances. She seems to be on the road to recovery after a three week battle in the ICU. I hope, and pray your wife will have a similar outcome.

It's hard to sit back helpless while the doctors and nurses do their job, I know. The fact that she's stable and in good hands is the first step to beating the infection. Try to take some comfort in knowing she's in good hands and getting the best care she can.

Oh man, that's terrible news. Hope you're tuned to receive some high-frequency positive vibes, cause they're incoming from here as we speak!

That's awful news. I can't even begin to appreciate how your situation must feel.

Anyway, I hope everything turns around and your wife makes a full recovery.

So sorry, my friend. I will be praying for you and your family. I simply don't think I could survive without my wife.

Words just fail at a time like this. I can't tell you how much sympathy I have for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you right now.

Please let us know how things are going.

This must be everyone's worst nightmare. Best wishes to you and your family, and hope for a full recovery, Screwjack!

There is another theory which states that this has already happened.
