This is what it says in the read me for the SuperGT car pack:

It is car packing that adds the vehicle to Japan_SGT300.
Drop the Gamedata folder."

Can one of you tech expert guys translate that for me? What is "car packing"? What does "drop the Gamedata folder" mean? Which gamedata folder? Does "drop" mean delete it? Or does "drop" mean deposit it someplace specific, and where would that be?

You take the GameData folder from the .rar file and extract it to your GTR2 main folder and say yes to overwriting folders. It will actually not overwrite anything but merely place a couple of new folders and files to GTR2
