what exactly does the trim do with force feedback?
I've got a home-made long-throw stick that doesn't return to center, but has friction resistance instead.
It's pretty nifty for Black Shark, but the trim sends the shark to hell and gone. The stick is non-FF so the game expects me to center whenever I press trim. Thus if I don't center the stick (and I don't actually know where center is, the stick just is where I need it at the time) the input is doubled. Help?
Should I just forget about trim entirely, or enable FF even though my stick doesn't have it, or what?

I found the answer in the trim thread, I think (imagine that)
Looks like I should just leave trim alone and not touch it.
