I can understand the RN was outclassed slightly by the Germans in terms of gunnery,

But the results I get when I play the duel scenario are unbelievably one sided. The German ship usually has what feels like 25% accuracy, while I have closed to literally point blank range, and not scored a single hit on the German.

It's especially jarring in DD or CL engagements, when the ranges close to ramming distance, and the shots are just all over the place. (Not the German ones mind you)

I find it's quite frustrating, and if there was some way to adjust my own accuracy I would.

(I've tried calm seas, winds, keeping the funnel smoke away etc)
