I've installed about 20 modder made maps on my hard drive. Some are quite inventive. Maybe I could host if you tell me how.

OK... we got a nice size group going... starting in Sept. I'll post in our Steam calender and here some online events...
We still need to find a good, working server for events... so if you have one to share with the group or able to host without issue, let me know...
I'll try and post 1 week in advance what, when and where we will play.

Magnum, assuming the number of clients isn't outrageous, we haven't had any trouble hosting any GR, Raven Shield, OFP, SWAT 3 etc sessions. Striker has handled 10 Falcon AF clients the last couple Saturdays and has the slowest machine of our little band. We all have pretty robust ISP service as well. Just need to know what night and time to plan on...and assume we would meet up on the SimHQ Team Speak server.
@Recluse - maybe it was last Wednesday night?

I'm working with paladin as we speak to use his server for RS... Our primary meeting place is the SimHQ teamspeak server (so maybe others will see and move to join in), my personal dedicated teamspeak server is just a backup for when SimHQ's is down. I'm looking at every Thursday around 8 PM eastern, rotating the old classic games, till we find what works and what don't. I will be posting the announcement a week prior here at SimHQ and on our Steam calender. Thanks for all who are interested. (of course i just played some practice sessions, and got my ass handed to me...lol... been playing these easy ones too much lately. )

A real goatrope! That last map was insane. Probably did not quite match the degree of finely honed coordination and discipline that the ArmA Military Monday's achieve Magnum, Thursday would be fine except for this week. The time would be a bit early for some of us RetroMen. 10 Eastern is more our availability. But if you and some of the others can stay past then, it should work.

Damn, doesn't anyone have GRAW 2? It's better than GRAW 1. Plays better, looks better, better maps. I finished the Single player game of GRAW 1, played a bunch of multiplayer, then uninstalled for GRAW2.

GRAW2 is nice, but the game is a tad unstable, we had more than a few crashes and bugs in the missions.
