Hi Guys,

Ade recently asked me for some WWI aircraft reference material from the PDF book collection I have. Having loaded this up, ready to go, is there anyone else that needs these for their part in this project before I delete the download link? Ade has got them ok now, so I thought I would have one final ask.

PM with an email addie if you would like them. Please be aware for those on slower kps machines, that the 327MB file is already loaded to fairly efficient transfer server, so might well be quicker than you would expect.

Anyway...let me know...will keep it running for the day, and then close it tonight if there's no takers. So I will make a deadline of 10pm this evening, so people know where they stand.

With assistance from Madprof and Ray, I've managed to
convert the pilot career screen to a WW1 theme. I'ts
fairly simple looking, but editing this screen is not
for the faint hearted! I'ts a fair bugger of a thing to
get right for at few reasons.

I still have'nt got the text rollover from white to red
happening with the theatre text...anyone got any clues
here?

pressing on.....

FT,
The text will change to white if you click either of the areas where the two
other campaigns are suppose to be, even if there isn't any text there. At least
on the one I've done. Then of course as its the only selection, when you select
it, it will change to red.

Now, that said, not sure what you are trying to achieve. So, perhaps a bit more
explanation would be helpful. \:\)

Stay with me Madprof, loaded the new .mpc into the game
and got white text for the Western Front text, then selected
a nationality and poof!! text turned to red and has stayed
there ever since...how do I get it to go back to white? like a
normal rollover behaves..

G'day FT,
Hmmm, on the one I did for the BoB mod, it only turns red if you actually
click on the the text, not if you click on the nationalities. If I mouse
click above or below the text, then the text turns white again. Actually
its choosing the other campaigns, even though the text isn't there.

Perhaps if your's is doing something different, then maybe it was the way
you edited the .mnu file. If that is the case I can't help, as I know
nothing about hex editing.

If you'd like me to try it out, send me the mpc file and the mnu file and
I can take a look. MadProf@Comcast.net

FT,

Move the mouse pointer to a point about 1/4 inch over the top left hand corner of the text box and click once. The text should turn white.

But why would you want to do that?
