It's Barber Motorsports Park and about 1.5 hours from my house. I had planned to go to the Grand Am race today, but I have house guests who were not into the trip. Too bad. It's a beautiful course.

The real track name is Barber Motorsports Park. We know it as Birmingham because that's how it shows in rFactor. This track was modeled by ISI, albeit in a mod release, and as is typical of their track names (i.e. Northamptonshire, Brianza, etc.) has not-quite naming convention to avoid licensing legalities.
