Helicopters fly like helicopters. (No. We didn't steal from Kreelin...but we looked and we talked. Ours is different.It will hover with practice, land and take off vertically and take a larger part in the story than just a decoration.)

What comp will I need to "keep it real" ?

We are running it at a friend's computer store on ever-weaker machines until we know the exact dead bottom for REAL environment. The EASY will be better than anything anyone has now and should satisfy most people for a while. But the REAL version is beyond anything I imagined ever being able to offer.

I think it will take nothing more than a good video card to do the weather, water and jungle. After a while, this looks so real that it will be taken for granted. That's the point.

I have always played on the weakest machine but I had one built just for this. It can run an Apollo mission while it makes a grilled cheese sandwich inside the DVD burner. I told him to leave the espresso maker off because it drew so much power that it made formation flight tough while refueling in and out of the clouds.

It will cost money to go after that audience. It will cost money to satisfy them. Money makes the world go around.
