Since we're talking about Helo-sort of-I have always been curious of the actor who plays him: Tahmoh Penikett: what's his ethnic background? I know his Dad was a prominent Canadian Pol but his name almost sounds Pharaoh Era Egyptian or something;

I just checked his biography on IMDB and there was no mention of his ethnicity or heritage. For you fans of Tahmoh, he will be starring in a new Joss Whedon produced show either this fall or next year called "Dollhouse".

Hmmm... I am confused now. I am reading different reports now that "Guess What's Coming to Dinner" is not 2 parts. That would mean we only have 4 episodes left and that we will not have an episode next week. That is weird, though, since RDM clearly said 413 was the last one they completed before the strike and that it was a perfect halfway point.

Bah, I'm tired and have given up on trying to figure all that stuff out. I'll just watch the eps as they come.

Don't they count Razor as 401 + 402? It goes by the hour in terms of 20 hour contract to Sci-Fi. 1 hour = 1 episode. I think RDM is just confused on the numbering. He is always goofing them up in the podcasts, so I wouldn't put to much into his numbers. I don't remember seeing anything about "Dinner" being 2 part, unless they just slap "to be continued" on it and consider the next ep to be part 2 of that particular story, which would be pretty silly.

There would be no darn confusion if they would have just counted "Razor" as its own sub-season.

Anyway, it looks like no episode next week, followed by three episodes and then a long wait.

I dont think they should have even bothered at all. Just classify Razor as a separate movie with no episode designation/number. That's what they did with the X-Files movie that came out between season 5 and 6.

Works for me if it would have meant 2 more hours of regular episodes, alas, not to be.

I've been thinking today and what ever happened with that red glow along the spine that female cylons would get while having sex? I think they showed it once during the miniseries and then you see it once more during season 1 and that's it. I guess RDM and the writers thought it looked cool for a while and then got bored of it?

You are right. They should get some of the female models together and explore the spine glowing bit again. I, for one, would like a Deanna, Tori, 6, Athena Christmas tree.
