Allied Fighter Aces: The Air Combat Tactics and Techniques of World War II
Luftwaffe Fighter Aces: The Jagdflieger and Their Combat Tactics and Techniques

Both are great books and are very informative when it comes to WW2 combat tactics.

What WW2 Fighter pilots say about Angels and Airspeed:

"Nice job of getting down to the basics - love your choice of a cover!" Col. Clarence 'Bud' Anderson

"I have enjoyed reading angels and airspeed, it should prove good reading for all interested in combat tactics and their application related to the fluid air environment and state of technology in WWII years. All the best as you make it available." - Col. Charles McGee - Tuskegee Airman

NEVER ENGAGE STUPID.

Same here Trooper, they're nice to thumb through if you need a quick browse. Combat Kill is another book in a similar sort of vein...then you want the Osprey stuff... then...

your wife starts moaning.
