Some time ago I asked for opinions about Rfactor, almost all of them are positive but now I just purchased the DVD boxed version of the game, but can't install it cause the installation process freezes and I need to reset the computer. I can't finish the installation or Ctrl+Alt+Del, I need to electrically reset the computer.
Any idea??

I remember reading somewhere of someone having the same problem. They had a virtual drive program running and when they disabled it (or maybe removed it) the game would then install.

If this doesn't help, try over at Race Sim Central, rFactor Tech Support. ISI hangs out there and will answer your question, if someone doesn't beat them to it.

Anyway, don't give up, I am sure it is something simple.

I tried to erase a virtual dvd drive I have without luck, hope ISI can post some help soon
