Just a heads-up, but this one looks like it replaces files in the \GameData\Vehicles folder.
Not sure yet if that could be an issue with other mods or not.
Worst case, this mod might have to be uninstalled before using another mod.
If someone isn't using a utility like Generic Mod Enabler to install mods, uninstalling this mod could be semi-painful.

It looks like they're going to resolve the "common files" issue in v1.1.

Haven't used it enough to really comment yet, but it works well enough at Orchard Lake oval and Indy. This may end up being a good one.

What were they thinking? I installed the common files patch.

I didn't care for the sounds, and substituted those from Champ Car. Interesting engine. Not much low end torque, and signs off a lot earlier than an F1 engine at 10K. Seems tuned for ovals. Still fun though. The iDT CCWC Panoz feels better suited to road courses, which it is.

Any chance of getting an IRL rFOWR 2008 series up and going? There's some great cars, the physics are great and we can always find some great tracks to race them on.....it doesn't have to be a reality circuit.

I've been racing the IRL cars at Indy and British GP tracks. I would enjoy Miami Bayfront, Fuji Speedway, Long Beach, Texas Motor Speedway, Watkins Glen, and Lime Rock..

And Mid Ohio!

Wow, the sounds really are horrible. The car seems to drive okay, but the sound cues like downshifting just don't seem to be there.

Hope they fix this one...could be a lot of fun.
