Ooops. Sorry, FlyRight. The fingers are quicker than the brain.

Yes, do drop them first chance you get. Ade is blessed with patience (I think).

Thx Jan,

you kept me from setting my feet on unknown (mostly ;\) ) terrain...

WW1 is not my special topic, you know - but I like all your nice new models

Carry on - I´m looking forward to the final results

Greetings

Fran

Hi Guys.

Well, it looks like there is little enthusiasm in the code group to produce a different WW1 exe, after the 1.28 is issued. There still seems to be the belief in some quarters that making a WW1 setup for EAW is a pure waste of time, despite the huge number of views this thread has attracted. \:\(

So, can we see some support from other interested parties, from outside the regular EAW community, if there are any. \:\( \:\(

Awwww, Colonel. You know a WWI exe will be hot stuff once we get this new patch out.
Everyone is pooped and grouchy from endless hours testing and fudging and needs a break.

Once rested up, we look forward to the smell (and taste) of castor oil and that happy ol' sound of wind in the wing wires. The tumbled mirth of sun-split clouds urging the laughing wind along... as I flung my sturdy craft through endless halls of air...If not the sound of bullets going through the fabric.
(BTW, a really good read before you doze off in the easy chair is "ILLUSIONS" by Richard Bach. A new twist on flying biplanes.)

I'm willing to work on a WWI exe "patch", but will need some time to do so.

nice updates! itm taking Tumas suggestion, borrowin his Oef prop now enhanced as a more subtle rpm spinner...

...i think i've been watching too much of that combuter animated Dogfighter series

and working with the limitation of the prop element was reskinned testing it for that amalgamated appearance...

and yes! this fokker pilot appears to be sporting a scarf? ;\) and didn't have to add any extra points to those wheels....almost perfectly round just using psp but close enough for now!
