Nice, but unrealistic \:\) The video clearly shows that the F-22A is superior. AI just screwing up by overshooting :o

Yes. A.I is very passive in shooting at you. but you got to admit that he is very agressive and very stubborn in a chase but no worth as a defender. BTW, i'm looking for other F22 take down's videos of F4AF out there. any one knows about one? there is a site if i'm does not wrong called "musketeer squadron" claims that sudden decrease of speed in sccissors is issential of it's succes. no decrease is just no worth and dangerous against a good pilot. i guess the A.I is pretty following it right in this simulator. there can't be that all programers are wrong. the A.I is very inferior at energy fight indeed.

I see you got him right where you wanted him at the start there \:\)

My last F-22 DF finished 4-1 to me - no head on shots and no "put on the brakes he'll fly right by" either.

thats the kind of smugness that got me dogfighting a J22 Orao in a campaign the other day - and the sod was more agile than it should be I found - either way i had to run for home (running on fumes) with it on my tail - talk about embarassing!!

luckily an F-22 saved my A

How about a video, MigBuster? i'll be honest with you, i would like to see that happens for i don't think there is anyway to take him down but energy fight except high aspect shot [almost a head-on. some time in the fight]. just a simple movie. please reply.

Will think about it - need to get the software too - also spending my free hours actually playing the game at the mo.

Thank you, speedbump. although i think there is alot in what MigBuster said about A.I's weaknes regarding to energy fight and i agree with him totaly in it. yet, i excpect him to upload a a movie of him taking down an F22 as he said he is. i'm also very curious and doubting what he said, not to insult.

The description and everything you need is in old threads - theres even an ACMI tape from someone (kidvicious I think ) that shows a sure fire way - either here or Frugals - so get in the habit of searching and you will be in the dark no longer my friend.

This is a new one I made real quick, I deleted all my old ones in that directory except for the MiG-29 engagements because those are needed regularly. I also don't know what he means, perhaps he'll explain, if not oh well \:\)

I have seen a video of his playing against some called "goodkill". long and not very agressive game by both but still fine. can't find no F22 video of his.

There is an acmi tape above that was recorded in the Balkans. The acmi gives far more information about an engagement than a hud video/cockpit only footage. The acmi is more instrumental in helping you improve.

Enjoy!

[edit]Just download the tape and put it here:

Lead Pursuit\Battlefield Operations\acmibin\balkans

Then you'll be able to view it if you load ACMI from inside falcon whilst in the balkans theater...

Here's mine.
Head-fake the F-22 Balkins
I head fake him on the merge and go for altitude. F-22 makes a few mistakes and I get him in a nose to tail circle, both doing 350.

Yeah - the ACMI is a video but a lot better because you can choose any angle - see the speed, altitude turn rate etc of each jet - nows the time to start using it.
