AV8R - you know, I think, that they have the exe for EECH. I don't believe that's the case for our beloved LB2. If it were, I imagine it would by now be at the level of Falcon 4 or beyond. Not least due to that quality you talked about - multiplayer two man cockpit.

By exe... you mean, of course, COMPLETE SOURCE CODE..

Oh, right! My already feeble brain cells are even more enfeeble-ated late at night (even later than time stamp,in this time zone). Yes, they have the full source code for EECH, a tremendous service to simming by Razerworks (I think they were the IP owners). Imagine if that were the norm for all the classic sims that pretty clearly by now are not going to get re-used in sequels or new sims by their IP owners. Of course, protected by agreement not to use for commercial purposes.

I just got this installed, and when I did, I patched up to eechsetup1.12.3. I fired it up, and just screwing around I targeted and hit an ally SAM site. The cp/g says, "I think that was a friendly sir" in the LB2 voice! Very cool. I recognized that voice right away even though it's been many years since I played LB2. Amazing what jogs the ol' memory. Nice work on the mods guys! biggrin

Edit: didn't notice the age on the original thread, when I googled something about eech, this thread came up and google showed a date of Jan. 2010. Weird. Still, the comment applies, nice job!
