Yes, I took Sicily, Peloponnes and Corfu and made a fictional island mixture out of it.

Then I edited the big airfield on the northeastern island. Now you can set up 6 groups (max 4) AI planes to start and 3 planes to land beside each other at the same time. Its nice for big formation starts.
It has some restriction though: AI planes can only start in one direction (to North) and land also only from that direction (limits of the engine). But thats no problem on that field as in the south are some bigger hills, so landing from there would be hard for AI anyway.

And this doesn't affect player on a simple DF mission at all.

I could name the small island airbase Malta instead of Gavdos that would be much more historical. Or should it be the one further to the west?
