My version didn't come with one and I'd like to have one if I can find one so thanks for the help in my quest !

I got the digital download version also so had to DL from there. I then screenshotted it into 4 sections, printed and taped together, came out pretty nice. Not as good as the shiny one from the box version but good enough.
