I tossed this little thing together quickly... it has tons of action from last night (and a little from Sunday). I know the music is a little rockin' (Rage Against the Machine) but I did lower the music so you can also hear the sounds within the game.

If someone wants to host the file, go right ahead. I am using a free host and I am sure the downloads are slow. I will be putting this up on YouTube too.

Im having a little LAN convention here at my house saturday, where we will mainly be playing Joint Ops. Going to show this vid to my buddies, it might help convince them into buying ArmA!

I can hear you comending me in the woods scene after we tore up some opfore in the convoy asslaut. Good times!

Though, what they won't see is us getting killed left and right due to super AI accuracy.

Oh damn... I was sick for most of the day so slept a lot. Hopefully I will be alive to test it another day.

The AI in Joint Ops is if anything worse than ArmA's. While they aren't as accurate, they have godly SA and know where you are on the other side of a mountain and will shoot at you through it.

That AI precision setting really helps.

Dynamic War for ArmA has also been released which was so much fun for OFP.

Thank ya... though, my favorite thing about it is the audio edits at the end. Two edits I did in one try. I love when I nail audio edits on the first try.

Very nice vid! IMHO it would have been even better if there were no music. That way the narration would have been clearer. It looked and sounded really cool non-the-less.

One thing about the AI with Armed Assault. It seems to me that the AI doesnt take a strong enough initiative to evade gunfire.

Example: After the guys by the truck are taken out. Another guy comes outta nowhere and runs right over to where the others lay. He too gets shot!

I had already put together a few videos without music. I wanted one with music.

The AI is not very bright sometimes. However, what you don't see is that I was commanding about 30 guys and a couple of humans who were all firing like crazy at the convoy. So, he was likely running away from a lot of shooting.
