No Dante, I have looked at that one and found pretty average just a repeat of everything previously written.

This is the one :

This one is about the ground war.

Desde el Frente (From the Front)

DESDE EL FRENTE, is a detailed account about the intervention of the BATALLÓN DE INFANTERÍA DE MARINA Nº5 (my translation would be 5th MARINE INFANTRY BATTALLION), in Malvinas (Flaklands) Islands, in 1982. Written by the commander of the battallion and the collaboration of his Encargado de Batallón (sorry, don´t know how to translate this, but it is roughly the person in charge of the battallion). Spanish only as far as I know.

Have just read 'RAF Harrier Ground Attack, Falklands' by Jerry Pook. Very enjoyable if you can get past the constant criticism of the Navy.

Thanks very much! Will look forward for this, we have plenty of data about Navy Sea Harrier but so far we're quite lacking on RAF Harrier information and data.

Which reminds me that couple of days ago I watched a program in TV called "Top 10 combat aircrafts" and at number 7 they placed the Harrier, then they proceed to a short interview with RAF Sqn Ldr Tony Harper who then described the Battle of Goose Green from his perspective in the Harrier's driver seat and how the RAF Harriers where a decisive factor for that battle.

It's a good read, and some interesting appendices covering low level navigation techniques and other aspects of flying fast jets of the era.

Put me in the beta team and my copy is in the post to you tomorrow morning! ;\) ;\)
