It's a known bug with the incomplete tool DXTWeaker. Nothing we can do about it.

Nope.... But you can still use DXTweaker if you have AA issues.

Oh no, buried alive?!!

Thanks to Rudel he accidentally reminded me something - I found all my archived settings I made in JPG screens back in 2009. First of all, DXTweaker works great in Win7 x64. No banding no AA slowdown! And mind you it's v4.02 (not the one in OCI (3.06)). Moving on.

doesn't work for me. (did everything in the 1st post)

If I use the .exe directly in the main folder it loads(with the tsh 4.02 background), but if I start it with dxtweaker I get a black screen...
