A nice utility that grew on me is TSDisp:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/tsdisp

It's currently at version 1.10 and it's a must for those that use TeamSpeak heavily. It displays in a little window in the game (very inobtrusive) who's currently speaking in the TS channel you're in.
