"About two months ago I had a conversation with C3PO in which he was very receptive, said he would pass my offer on to the devs. I also wrote an e-mail as he requested to the TPAA address C3PO provided, explaining the offer. After getting no response for approximately two weeks, I sent a followup PM to C3PO. He said that he would ask the devs again. That was on Dec. 2nd, and to date I have not gotten any response to my offer. This gives me the impression that the LP devs are not exactly eager to work with me, but I will let you make up your own minds."

We've been very busy on our existing work in the patches, quite simple really. I see little value in this post, other than to stir trouble.

I've made the same offer to C3PO, but I respect the fact they may not be interested.

I will just move on and make my own flight sim. No hard feelings, and neither should Wombat.

Hmm, I am not sure if you referring to my post or to Pumpyhead's, but if you were referring to mine, it really was not my intent to stir up any trouble.

My intent in posting was to: 1) refute the idea that no one is approaching LP to help, 2) to reiterate my offer to you, 3) to clarify that this is an offer without strings, and 4) suggest that the issue of lack of mods for AF has more to do with lack from time/interest from LPs side than it does from lack of offers. If that is not how my post came across, then I sincerely apologize.

Anyhow, from your response, it seems clear that you folks are too busy to work on this stuff at the moment. That is fair enough and I don't take it personally. I won't pester you guys about it anymore, but feel free to let me know if you all change your mind and have the time available...

With due respect C3PO, the intent is not to stir trouble but rather to inform those who fly AF of the possibility of a new add-on.

When HiTiles was announced by many, there was no accusation of stirring trouble.

My apologies to Wombat778 for having possibly caused hard feelings towards you. I know that your post at Frugals was totally in the spirit of helping.
