Hello..I'm super noob..It seems like when I go to connect it says that it is timed out. Does this mean that norton antivirus is locking it out? If so how do I set up the ports...I have no idea how to do this. I am running Norton antivirus 2006 only and I think it has the FW running and not windows. Any help would be much appercaited.

Not sure what version of Norton, but 05 is like this:

Open NAV Options.

Under 'Internet', click on 'Internet Worm Protection'.

Click on the Program Control Button.

Scoll down the pop-up list to FalconAF.

Click on it and at the bottom say, 'Remove'.

Then click on the ADD option and browser pop-up to locate and click on the FalconAF.exe
Say OK or yada yada to confirm and exit NAV.

Do this every time you update Falcon.

also, see http://www.falconlobby.com .

once installed...

...if you're running a server, you can publish your server state to this list.

...if you're looking for a server, the active servers are downloaded into your Falcon multiplayer/internet tab. and you can view the list of currently active servers.

Norton Antivirus is blocking Falcon? Or do you mean some sort of Norton firewall? I have Symantec AntiVirus 2004 v9.0 installed, do I have mess with this? Still not getting online, keep getting timed out.

Yes, the NAV firewall

Delete the current allowed falcon.exe in NAV, then add the new one.
