Why not just put the times in GMT and let everyone calculate their own time from there? and use a 24hr clock please
I know you Americans think a 24 hour clock is childish or something you learn in kindergarden but atleast there will be no possibility of confusion and mixup.

Seriously, its not a bad idea. Ill consider it next polling level. Im not sure folks in the USA are GMT-minded unless they are in the military.
