I'm pretty excited that the Strike Eagle demo is going to be up at Burlington. The Air Show is going to be over Lake Champlain which hopefully will offer some cool shots that I don't see at any other airshow.

S-3 Viking demo is going to Rhode Island, not an overly exciting aircraft but it will be something different.

Sometimes that's all that's needed. I've seen some of the best aerobatic team and solo displays in the world, but there are times when it's nice to see something you haven't before. I was very stoked about the static Tu-22 and Mirage IV that have visited Fairford in recent years, and the Osprey this year will be worth a trip too.

Osprey will be flying assuming it doesn't break.

\:D haha!
I'm going to duxford the weekend before but RIAT is just looking too good to miss.If I can secure the funds and Renko can get the car then it might go ahead.Just the accomodation is a problem being even this close to the show as you know, plus the cost.If Renko can't manage then I might still do it myself anyway.Which day are you planning for the show?

I tend to plan for Saturday because it's marginally quieter than Sunday. However it does depend what's flying on the day (e.g. the Osprey could be only one day) and the weather forecast.
I'll speak with the missus, but I'm sure we could put a few folks up. We also have friends down the road who might help out, so if you two are up for it, I'm sure we can sort something out.
