I had the money for a while, and was waiting for my self control to break down enough to actually click 'submit order'.

So I'm digging through CH's tutorial for the CM software. Is there anything else I should try to wrap my brain around before my new toys arrive?

Been thumbing through that site as well. Guess I'm just wondering if there are any quirks with these things I should know of is all.

I'm very sorry to hear that Tails. You'll never again enjoy the bliss of 'submit order' for a new HOTAS suite, because your new CH gear will last, trouble free, forever. ;\) Enjoy!

YOU LIED!!!! The pedals arent compatible with my desk. Knees hit up under the desktop, and theres a crossbar that keeps me from moving the pedals back... Now I need to find something to sit the stick and throttle on so I can sit back farther from the desk... mumble

That URL above was a temporary one while I worked on the forums fixing a few issues, they are now back at the original location here: http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/

Tails> I have my stick mounted on a speaker stand that has a nice wide 'u' shaped tubular base, works well for me.

Now you get to work on your own sim pit arrangement. I find that sometimes I spend more time on getting a comfortable flying arrangement than playing the sims. \:D Tails, there are some good setup ideas in the sim-pit forum.

Wonder how that cat's doin.

S! Tails,

I don't know your budget or your actual desk arrangement, but you may want to check out the products available at Sim Cockpit System
http://www.simcockpitsystem.com

Good luck and keep us posted on your transition to the CH kit.
