We were just talking about AMD's exceptionally fast "compute" being used to boost games of the future. That future is previewed March 15th 2019.

The Division 2 DX12 Performance Will Be Great Thanks to Better Use of Async Compute, Says Ubisoft Massive

for The Division 2 (due on March 15th), Ubisoft revealed a while ago to have partnered with AMD

The Division 2 will feature improved DX12 performance thanks mainly to better use of the Asynchronous Compute technique, which is known to be a strength of AMD GPUs across the board

[Developer Quote] "Yes, we are still very much supporting DX12 and in TCTD2, DX12 performance over DX11 should be even better. This is in large part due to us making better use of Async Compute to parallelize more graphics work to ensure maximal GPU utilization..."

They say compute is a "strength of AMD GPUs across the board" because AMD GPUs have had DX12 and compute built in for years now. Even older AMD GPUs should perform. We'll see how well when the reviews are written.
