AMD Radeon RX 590 confirmed to feature 12nm FinFET node

Two photographs posted by Andreas Schilling, editor at HardwareLuxx, have confirmed the existence of the new Radeon RX 590 graphics card. The feature list indicates that the new card will be using smaller, 12nm FinFET process.

The node shrink will enable higher clock speeds and better power efficiency.
