Hi folks;

If any of you are currently running 4L0M's Effects Mod, I highly recommend you disable the mod while testing RAF_Louvert's St Omer mod.
The Effects Mod has one improper format of a .dds file which shows up in the St Omer mod by causing some of the hangers to pop in and out and at times appear without walls and tops. (could be considered a camoflage move )
I have notified 4L0M and I suspect he will have a fix released soon.
