Yeah, I agree Smith is the weak spot of Gotham. I don't know why exactly, maybe she chews too much scenery? She's best when she plays it cold, calm, and understated, but she doesn't do that enough. My feeling is she's having a better time doing it than we are watching it.

Gordon can get dull due to his excessively straight-laced nature, but he's at his best when he compromises with a lesser evil to defeat a greater one.
