IMO, aircraft allocation based on ranks doesn't make sense in its current implementation.
It would be great, if the player's achievements (acedom) would be regarded, when new types are given
to the best pilots; rather than to the high ranking HAs only.
Also, it seems that the time is often too long, from when the first pilots receive a new type,
until the whole unit is equipped with them.
