While I love SciFi and Battlestar Galactica should be just right for me, there is something about the new series that just makes me cringe and feel uncomfortable watching it, I have tried a few times but can never get past a couple of episodes. I think it has something to do with the woman in red in it, the whole concept of it makes me very uncomfortable, so much so I cannot bare to watch it.

There was a battlestar galactica film on tv here over Christmas time and I watched that without too much trouble, but not knowing the backstory leading up to it a lot was lost on me, it looked like it was the final episode of the whole series.
