It will scale upwards depending on the pledges reached. The higher the pledge level allows more employees to create more maps/aircraft/features etc.
I got that perfectly fine, but why, of all engines in the world, DCS?! They don't even have a large-scale map!
Personally I would much rather have the developer making decisions rather than beancounters.
The kickstarter is a great way to avoid this.
