Just write Viks at our support address and provide some kind of proof of your purchase and we'll sort it out.

I sent an email to rof@ yesterday (about 22 hrs ago now) but haven't heard anything back yet. I used Paypal, and they sent me the email confirmation I was charged. Not sure what the proof is in that, I've got an order # and a long transaction ID, the date and that it went to 777. I could forward the email I suppose, but hopefully you have some sort of log when Paypal pays you that you can look up.
