Yes eyefinity won't do anything except a tank slit 3xlandscape or bezels in your face 3x portrait.

I use kegetys SoftTH, it works for most directx 8&9 games.
Skyrim is working SoftTH with Hayden's menu fixer to prevent the menu going onto the right side.
Fallout working too.

Also railworks kind of working but a bad performance hit.

DCS is easy it always supported custom res.

Also had ROF working well in SoftTH but I spot enemies better on a single screen with trackir, plus the eye candy is divine when I turn everything to max which I can't do multi screen.

IL-2 openGL works if you set your left monitor as main before launching.
