What everyone here said is true about the Tamiya/Hasegawa/Kinetic F-16 kits. But like ScoutsOut stated he wants to use decals he has from a specific ANG wing, this can present several problems depending on what F-16 varient the ANG wing was using at that time in relation to the markings he wants to use. Like me if he is doing an ADF varient he cannot just use the Tamiya kit, he is going to have to kitbash a couple different F-16 kits to get a fairly accurate F-16 ADF. I ran into this same problem years back with an aircraft in relation to decals when I wanted to do a F4B Phantom from VF-84 on the USS Independence (cira 1965) in 1/32nd scale. Tamiya had just released the USAF F4B/C and while it was close, it was no cigar. Spent quite a bit on after market resin and such to get it fairly right. But thats one of the challanges with locking into a specific aircraft decal option, the kit you need simply may not exist in that varient, and thats where the real fun begins hahaha
cheers
