I did it. No holes are drilled in the acrylic tabletop. I mount my G27 to it, and needed it to be rigid. There is a plate underneath that you ould attach the plex with industrial strength velcro as an option. I use it and the keyboard/mouse tray together for racing, and it works terrific.
