Based on your twin throttle and FFb request, I would suggest the Logitech's 940. Although I hear there are some driver issue's (centering issues), I believe ( based on my reading) that most folk's are happy with thier purchase.

I chose 32bit for my Windows 7 install. Wanting to run some older software, and a successful testing period with the RC were enough to satisfy me. The one main advantage I'd see with 64 bit, more RAM, I don't have and don't plan on with this build.

This is probably the finest WarGame ever produced for the PC. IMO its the AdvancedSquadLeader (ASL) of the computer world. Its a game that takes an intense amount of time to play well. Look it at a computerized board game. Truly an amazing piece
